Overview
The ISG series is a vertical inline centrifugal pump for clean water and liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. The inline arrangement supports direct installation within a pipe system.
Applications
- Industrial and municipal water supply and drainage
- Pressure boosting in buildings
- Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning water circulation
- Equipment water circulation

| Liquid temperature | Up to 80 °C |
| Pump casing and impeller | HT200 cast iron |
| Shaft | 45# steel |
| Mechanical seal materials | Graphite, silicon carbide and fluororubber |
Selection and Quotation
Send the required flow rate, total head, liquid composition and temperature, installation conditions and quantity. Model-specific flow rate, head, motor power, connection size and dimensions will be confirmed with the quotation.
Selection resources for the ISG series
The ISG vertical inline arrangement can be reviewed for the clean-water supply and circulation duties listed above. A useful proposal connects the required operating point with the actual pipe connections, available height and service access.
- HVAC and chilled-water circulation — describe the loop duty, liquid temperature and piping arrangement.
- Building water pressure boosting — state inlet pressure, demand and the required outlet condition.
- ISG vs ISW installation comparison — compare the complete vertical and horizontal layouts.
Can an ISG model be selected from a connection size alone?
A connection size does not define performance. Supply the required flow and head, liquid, temperature, power supply and inlet conditions. Compare the offered curve and drawing with the available installation space, flange arrangement and service clearance.
For the general process, use the centrifugal pump selection guide; for documents and order questions, see the pump FAQ.
ISG catalogue reference points
Use the manufacturer's shared ISG/IRG/IHG and ISW/IHW performance table as a starting reference for an ISG inquiry. The table prints the model codes without a series prefix; confirm the complete ISG designation and offered configuration.
| Printed model code | Flow Q (m³/h) | Head H (m) | Motor power (kW) | Speed (r/min) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 40-125 | 6.3 | 20 | 1.1 | 2900 |
| 50-160 | 12.5 | 32 | 3 | 2900 |
| 65-160 | 25 | 32 | 4 | 2900 |
