Pump Quality & Inspection

Quality & inspection

Define what needs to be checked before the order

FOBENG pumps undergo pressure testing before shipment. A useful procurement discussion goes further: it identifies the model, inspection scope, records and acceptance requirements for the actual order.

Build quality requirements into the purchase process

  1. Confirm the specification

Record the intended liquid, operating point, wetted materials, motor supply and installation interfaces. Use a clear drawing or specification revision.

  2. Agree the inspection scope

Tell us which checks, reports or witness requirements your project needs. Confirm feasibility, methods and documentation before order acceptance.

  3. Review order documentation

Match identification, supplied configuration and any agreed records to the order. Raise discrepancies with the model and order reference.

Separate three kinds of evidence

Pump identification

A model, nameplate or dimensional drawing identifies what is supplied. It should match the order and the actual configuration.

Test information

Pressure or performance testing is meaningful only with an agreed scope, conditions and record. Discuss the required detail before production.

Certificates

Confirm the issuing body, certificate holder, product scope and applicable configuration. Motor documentation does not by itself certify the complete pump.

Tell us about project-specific requirements

Include the requested standard or specification, inspection checklist, document language and whether a third party needs to witness any stage. We will discuss these requirements for the proposed configuration. Do not assume that a particular mark, hazardous-area approval or drinking-water certification is included because a similar pump is used elsewhere.

The website introduces product families for preliminary selection. Model-specific curves, drawings and inspection documents should be matched to the item being quoted.

If you need after-sales support

Send the order reference, model and nameplate photograph, the operating conditions, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs or video. This helps distinguish a configuration question, installation condition or equipment issue and identify the next information required. View purchasing and support questions.

Share your inspection requirements

Include them with the technical inquiry so the required scope can be reviewed alongside the pump configuration.
