This website introduces FOBENG pump series and helps buyers begin a technical inquiry. The configuration, price, scope and commercial conditions of an order are confirmed in the written quotation and order documents.

Product and selection information
Series descriptions and application pages are a starting point for discussion. Suitability depends on the actual model, liquid, operating point, inlet conditions, materials, electrical supply and installation. Confirm model-specific curves, dimensions and configuration before final selection.
Send the intended service conditions and identify any project specification, approval or documentation requirement. A description of an application does not confirm every configuration or certification for that use.
Quotation and order confirmation
Request a quotation with the model or application, required configuration and quantity. Prices, included equipment, documents, sample arrangements, payment conditions and any other commercial requirements are reviewed for the specific request.
Check the written proposal and resolve differences before order confirmation. Changes to specifications, quantities or scope may require an updated proposal. A website series name or image is not a complete order specification.
Delivery, documentation and inspection
Confirm the destination, packaging, transport arrangements, requested delivery timing and responsibility for relevant costs as part of the order. Current availability and production timing depend on the agreed items and quantities.
Any required test records, third-party inspection, witness arrangements or document language should be discussed before order acceptance. On receipt, compare the identification, configuration and accompanying documents against the agreed order, and report any discrepancy with supporting details.
After-sales questions and handling arrangements
Contact FOBENG with the order reference, model, nameplate details, operating conditions and photographs or video explaining the issue. Relevant service, return, replacement or other handling arrangements are discussed for the case and the applicable order conditions.
Do not send equipment back without first confirming the receiving and handling arrangements. Installation and maintenance should follow the model documentation and the project’s qualified personnel requirements.
