ISG or ISW: which arrangement fits your system?
ISG uses a vertical arrangement and ISW uses a horizontal arrangement. Compare the complete installation around the same flow and head requirement, including pipe connections, inlet conditions and access for service.

Questions before model selection
Are ISG and ISW interchangeable when the flow and head match?
Not automatically. Compare the actual connection orientation, flange sizes, dimensions, available inlet condition and service clearance. The offered drawing and configuration should be checked against the installation.
Are these clean-water series the same as a sewage pump?
No. The ISG and ISW series information describes clean water or similar liquids without solid particles. For wastewater containing suspended solids or fibres, review the ZW series and confirm the liquid and installation conditions.
