I have a model
Include the complete model, quantity, power supply and any required material or configuration. For a replacement, add a nameplate photograph and dimensional constraints.
I need selection help
Describe the application, liquid, required flow and head, temperature and inlet arrangement. It is fine to mark an unknown value as not yet determined.
I have an OEM project
Summarize the drawing/sample requirement, critical interfaces, intended changes and expected quantities. Discuss confidential document sharing first.
A practical information checklist

| Inlet and installation | Source, available pressure or level, connection sizes, orientation and space constraints. |
| Electrical supply | Voltage, phase and frequency, together with any intended speed-control requirement. |
| Commercial scope | Quantity, target timing, documentation, inspection, packaging and the items expected in the supply. |

Keep technical and commercial assumptions visible
Prices are quoted for the selected model, materials, motor supply, quantity and scope. A series name by itself is not a complete price specification. Delivery, sample and order conditions are confirmed for the individual requirement.
