OEM & manufacturing
Start with your drawing, sample or operating requirement
FOBENG supports OEM/ODM discussions based on drawings or samples. The first step is to define the pump duty, the features that need to match, and the scope of supply. Feasibility and order conditions are reviewed for the specific project.

Three stages of a useful OEM discussion
Define the requirement
Provide the application, liquid, target operating point, drawing revision and expected quantities. For replacement work, include nameplate and installation photographs.
Review the configuration
Discuss materials, dimensions, interfaces, motor supply and any requested branding or packaging. Confirm which items are standard and which require engineering work.
Confirm the order basis
Agree the sample or approval process, inspection scope, documentation, commercial terms and delivery arrangement before production is scheduled.
What to include in your first request
| Information | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Application and duty point | Defines the hydraulic requirement rather than relying on a model name alone. |
| Drawings or sample details | Identifies critical dimensions, flange arrangements and interfaces that must be preserved. |
| Liquid and temperature | Guides discussion of wetted materials and mechanical seals. |
| Motor supply and destination | Makes frequency, voltage and market-specific requirements explicit. |
| Quantity and approval requirements | Separates a sample discussion from repeated production supply. |
Discuss the boundaries early
A request for OEM cooperation does not mean every pump geometry, material, electrical option or certification is automatically available. Describe the changes you need, together with the parts that must remain unchanged. We can then discuss the feasibility and quotation basis without treating an unconfirmed option as standard supply.
If drawings are confidential, discuss the document-sharing and confidentiality arrangements before sending sensitive technical files. Inspection requirements should also be part of the engineering conversation.
Samples, quantities and delivery
Sample availability, minimum quantities, tooling or engineering charges, and production timing depend on the requested configuration and order. Include your target schedule so it can be reviewed with the proposed scope. The confirmed quotation and order documents should record the agreed conditions.
