These answers explain the buying process. Model performance, materials, dimensions and electrical options need to be confirmed for the configuration being quoted.
Products and selection
Which products are available to explore?
The website currently presents CDL and CDLF vertical multistage pumps, ISG vertical and ISW horizontal centrifugal configurations, and ZW self-priming sewage pumps. Compare the current product range.
Can I inquire without knowing the model?
Yes. Describe the application, liquid, flow, head, installation and power supply you know. If some information is not available, identify it as unknown rather than guessing. Prepare your inquiry.
Can I request a curve, drawing or manual?
Ask for information for the particular model and configuration. Some technical documents may be provided during model discussion. The website does not offer a generic file as a substitute for model-specific data.
OEM, samples and orders
Do you discuss OEM/ODM requirements?
FOBENG supports discussions based on drawings or samples. Include the required changes, key dimensions, liquid and duty conditions. Feasibility and scope are confirmed for the project. Read the OEM preparation guide.
Can I request a sample first?
Sample requests can be discussed. Availability, configuration, charges and timing depend on the model and any customization; confirm these in the quotation.
Can an order include different models?
The company FAQ supports mixed-model discussions. Send the list and quantity for each required model so configuration and commercial conditions can be reviewed.
How are stock and delivery confirmed?
State the models, quantities and target timing. Current availability and production timing need to be checked for the actual order rather than inferred from a general website description.
Can we discuss a long-term or distributor relationship?
FOBENG welcomes cooperation discussions. Describe your market, customer applications, product requirements and intended working arrangement. Pricing or territory conditions need separate agreement.

Where is the company based, and can I arrange a visit?

Can confidentiality be discussed before drawings are shared?
Yes. Raise confidentiality and document-sharing requirements before sending sensitive drawings or samples. The appropriate arrangement can be discussed for the cooperation.
What should I send for an after-sales question?
Include the order reference, pump model, nameplate photo, operating conditions and a clear description with relevant photos or video. See inspection and support information.
