Overview
The CDLF series is a stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pump for water supply, industrial pressure boosting and water treatment systems. For mildly corrosive liquids, the liquid composition, stainless steel grade and seal compatibility must be confirmed during selection.
Applications
- Water supply and pressure boosting in buildings
- Industrial liquid transfer and pressure boosting
- Water treatment systems
- Irrigation systems
Series Information
| Pump arrangement | Vertical, multistage centrifugal pump |
|---|---|
| Liquid | Clean water and compatible mildly corrosive industrial liquids |
| Liquid temperature | Up to 80 °C, subject to the selected configuration |
| Hydraulic components | Stainless steel hydraulic core; 304 and 316L grades are listed in the supplied series information |
| Mechanical seal | Silicon carbide and fluororubber configuration listed in the supplied series information |
Selection and Quotation
Send the required flow rate, total head, liquid composition and temperature, installation conditions and quantity. Model-specific flow rate, head, motor power, connection size and dimensions will be confirmed with the quotation.
Selection resources for the CDLF series
For a CDLF enquiry, describe the liquid and temperature as well as flow and head. The stainless steel series name alone does not establish compatibility with every mildly corrosive liquid; the actual wetted parts and seal need to be specified for the proposed model.
- Water treatment and filtration — place the proposed pump in the process and describe the liquid it receives.
- Building pressure boosting — identify the operating duty and whether the request is for a pump or a complete package.
- CDL vs CDLF comparison — compare component-level materials, seals and duty information.
How should I confirm stainless steel and seal compatibility?
Ask the quotation to identify the material grade of the relevant wetted components and the mechanical seal configuration. Review these alongside the liquid composition, concentration and temperature. Request the proposed model's curve and dimensional drawing before confirming the installation.
The RFQ checklist helps organize the technical request; the quality and inspection page explains how to discuss order-specific evidence.
Share the required flow and head, liquid and temperature, power supply, quantity and destination. The proposed model, materials, seal, delivery schedule, packaging and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation and order documents.
